MSG .NET is a Microsoft Outlook .msg file library for .NET. It lets you create, read, parse and convert Outlook .msg files — messages, appointments, contacts and tasks — with full access to recipients, attachments, properties and message bodies, and conversion to and from .eml/MIME format. The library does not require Microsoft Outlook to be installed on the machine or any other third party application or library in order to work.
